Starflyer 59 - Silver (1994)

Starflyer's first record, Silver isn't its official name, but then again, it doesn't really have one. All the songs have a really heavy, spacey sound, like you're standing near a musical rocket engine. Lyrically, it's really simple, but really effective and kinda sweet sometimes too (like on "Hazel Would"). Jason Martin's breathy vocals might be something of a turnoff, but I like them anyway.
